- Coffee & Crumbs Pocast Episode 17: The Pep Talk We Didn't Know We Needed With Kendra Adachi - truly was a great pep talk with so many valuable tips!

- Anything and everything from Pinch of Yum will always be a favorite, but this slow cooker beef ragu with pappardelle has my mouth watering.

- This one if for all the moms, but if you every need a good laugh this gal delivers.

- I was completely influenced by Ashlee Gaad and finally purchased these jcrew slippers that Ive been eyeing since last winter. They are on major sale right now and would make for a lovely gift.

- I initally was going to call this segment of my newsletter "this weeks little joys" but I recently watched Stephanie Weinert's IGTV "Raw thoughts on joy and suffering" and her take on what joy and suffering mean, and how they are intertwined gave me a whole new perspective. It is worth a listen. And if you have a moment to pray, keep her and her family in your prayers, they are going through a lot with her son beautiful son Beckett and his health issues.

I've been pinning up a storm for Thanksgiving and Christmas ideas, follow along for some inspo!

Sure - do I feel like I’m performing daily - playing the part of many different roles; counselor, cook, teacher, maid, and comforter? Do I perform well, or dare I say excellent? HA, the concept of “excellence” is a foreign reality to me in this messy phase of motherhood. But I’m catching onto a rhythm, not always with...

Sickness is inevitable, but we can lessen the blow and strengthen our kids’ little immune systems with a few basic steps! Balanced Diet A balanced diet and limiting processed foods and sugars allow our gut to more effectively digest and absorb beneficial nutrients that will help boost our immune...
